We begin with a comprehensive, in-person appraisal to determine your vehicle's selling price, at no upfront cost to you.
Transparency First: We show you the clear financial differences between a low trade-in offer, wholesale auction, and what you can expect to net from our retail consignment sale.
Initial Review: We identify any potential mechanical or cosmetic repairs needed to qualify your vehicle for our premium certification.
Important Safety Check: If a vehicle is deemed unsafe or has issues that could be a problem for a buyer, we will recommend fixing the issue. If you do not wish to fix it, your vehicle will be returned, and the $500 Services Rendered Fee will be invoiced.
This is where we invest in your vehicle to ensure it sells fast and for top dollar. We handle every detail, including pickup and drop-off, without you lifting a finger.
PCAP Certified Inspection (PPI): A PCAP-certified mechanic performs a thorough pre-purchase inspection (PPI).
Radical Transparency Video: We create a detailed video showing every aspect of the car, including any flaws. This protects both you and potential buyers know exactly what they're getting, which also eliminates negotiation friction.
Professional Prep: Your vehicle receives a full, professional reconditioning treatment, including detailing, high-resolution photography, and expert marketing across leading automotive platforms like CarGurus, Facebook Marketplace, and our network.
We manage all buyer inquiries, vetting, and negotiations, presenting you with clear offers and terms for approval.
Test Drives: A PCAP associate handles all test drives from our Bourne location, ensuring your time is respected.
Seamless Closing: We offer transparent financing, extended warranties, and handle all the legal and RMV paperwork.
Final Payout: Once the deal is closed, you receive your final agreed-upon net amount, and we charge our flat $1,200 Success fee.
To build a sustainable business and provide this level of service, we have to be profitable. We are an open book about how we make our money.
Consignment Fee: As part of our Zero-Risk approach, there is no upfront fee when listing your car. We cover all initial reconditioning costs. When the vehicle is sold, a $1,200 Success fee is taken out of the sale.
Termination Fee: If you sell your vehicle privately after our work has been done, a fee of $500 will be charged to you to cover our costs for the professional services rendered.
Profit on Services: We make a standard profit on key add-on services, such as facilitating loans, selling extended warranties, and installing high-end ceramic coatings. Because we have discounted rates for labor and parts, we can perform any needed repairs at a competitive price and still be profitable.
Buyer Fee: We have a $495 documentation fee that is paid by the buyer at the time of the sale, which goes toward covering our administrative costs and ensuring a secure, professional transaction.
